These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sellerlossminimizer.com (the "Site"), operated by an individual proprietor based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us", "I"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational marketing presence for Seller Loss Minimizer ("SLM"), a tool that analyses Amazon Seller Central reports. The Site itself does not collect Amazon credentials, process payments, or expose the SLM application. Use of the SLM application, when made available, will be governed by a separate product agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Read pages of the Site for personal or business evaluation purposes;
  • Link to public pages of the Site without prior permission;
  • Share screenshots or short quotations with attribution to "sellerlossminimizer.com".

You may not:

  • Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission;
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, AI training crawlers) to access the Site in ways that violate the published robots.txt;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the underlying infrastructure or related services;
  • Use the Site or its content in any manner that violates applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, illustrations, the "SLM" name and logo, and the underlying code — is the intellectual property of the operator unless otherwise noted. The Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS libraries are used under their respective open-source licenses. Third-party trademarks (e.g., "Amazon", "Seller Central") are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive reference only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Content on the Site, including case studies and methodology descriptions, is provided for general information only. It is not financial, legal, accounting, or business advice. Decisions about your Amazon business remain your responsibility. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

5. Case Studies and Claims

Case studies and outcome figures presented on the Site reflect a specific seller's data and circumstances. They are not promises of similar results for any other seller. Performance depends on category, pricing, advertising spend, inventory health, marketplace conditions, and many factors outside the control of any tool.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
