Common questions

Why does my revenue grow but bank balance stay flat?

Because every additional rupee of revenue ties up another rupee in inventory. The faster you grow, the more capital you need to fund inventory. This calculator shows the size of that trap.

How is "days locked" different from inventory age?

Inventory age is how long stock has been sitting. Days locked is how long current stock will take to convert back to cash at your current sell rate. A SKU can be young but slow โ€” and still lock cash for months.

What's a healthy cash cycle?

For Indian Amazon sellers: 60-day inventory turn + 14-day Amazon payout + 7-day bank settlement = ~80 days total cycle. Above 120 days inventory turn and you'll feel constant cash pressure.
