No. SLM is a verdict engine, not a reimbursement-claim filing service. Refund Genie, GETIDA, Refunds Manager, Seller Investigators and Seller Locker file FBA claims for a commission. SLM is different: it runs 50+ rules across all loss patterns and emits one verdict per SKU - KEEP, KILL, SCALE, WATCH or DORMANT - with rupee impact. The FBA 60-day claim deadline is one of 50+ rules, not the whole product. SLM surfaces the claim opportunity and the deadline; the seller files the claim themselves through Seller Central, no commission.
No. Nova Analytics, SellerLegend, Amazon Profit Analytics India and eightx are P&L dashboards - they surface metrics and rank SKUs but leave the decision to the seller. SLM is an action engine: it emits an explicit verdict per SKU with rupee impact and a concrete next action (discount %, restock qty, pause ad, file FBA claim, kill SKU). SLM also covers Indian non-Amazon costs (Flipkart, Meesho, Shiprocket RTO, GST, Razorpay) that Amazon-only dashboards miss.
SLM runs 100% locally on your machine. Your CSV exports, SKU data, ad-spend numbers, P&L figures and FBA inventory snapshots never leave your laptop — there is no cloud upload, no SP-API authentication, no Amazon developer account, no third-party data warehouse. The desktop app reads the CSV from your local disk, runs the 50+ rule engine in-memory, writes results to a local H2 file-mode database that lives in your user folder, and you delete it with one file removal. SLM has no telemetry on per-seller data beyond an aggregate download count. The only outbound network call is the license check at startup. Compared to cloud SaaS tools (Helium 10, SellerLegend, Nova Analytics) which require uploading your full Amazon profile, SLM keeps your numbers air-gapped on your machine.
Today, Amazon is fully covered through six raw Seller Central + Ads Console exports: Sales & Traffic by ASIN, FBA Inventory, FBA Returns, Sponsored Products Search Term Report, Transaction Report and the All-Listings Report. Flipkart Seller Hub orders and returns ship in V4.2 (2026 Q3). Meesho Supplier Panel orders ship in V4.2. Shiprocket RTO + COD cost integration, GST returns reconciliation and Razorpay payout matching all ship in V4.2. SLM is designed multi-marketplace-first — the rule engine is currency-agnostic and the verdict logic treats each platform as a separate cost surface, so the same SKU listed on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho gets a per-platform KEEP/KILL/SCALE verdict. Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, Walmart and eBay are on the V4.3 roadmap.
No CSV cleaning is required. Drop the raw export directly from Amazon Seller Central or Ads Console into the SLM intake panel. The HeaderSynonymService detects which of the six supported reports you dropped by reading the column-header signature (no filename matching, no order dependence) and maps every column variant — Amazon renames headers across UK, US, India, EU and JP exports, plus changes the casing periodically. SLM reconciles all known header synonyms automatically and warns you if a header is unknown rather than silently dropping it. There is no manual column mapping wizard, no preview-and-confirm step, no "upload template". Edge case: if Amazon ships a new column SLM has not yet seen, the diagnostic gate surfaces it in the footer with the exact column name, and you email us so we add the synonym in the next release.
If you can download a CSV from Amazon Seller Central, you can run SLM end-to-end. The UI is one button — "Upload" — followed by one screen with the verdicts ranked top-to-bottom by rupee impact. No SQL, no Excel formulas, no dashboard configuration, no chart-builder, no "design your KPI" step. SLM is built for the seller persona who has 7-10 seconds per SKU to make a decision before moving on. Each row tells you (a) the SKU, (b) the verdict (KEEP, KILL, SCALE, WATCH, DORMANT), (c) the rupee impact, and (d) the next concrete action with a quantity or price target. The how-to-use guide walks you through downloading the six Amazon reports — each is a 3-click path inside Seller Central, and the guide screenshots every step. If you get stuck, email [email protected] and we will walk you through it on a screen-share.
Yes — email [email protected] and we'll send you the macOS .dmg. The Mac build is unsigned for now (Apple Developer certification in progress), so first launch needs a one-time right-click → Open. Takes 10 seconds. Everything else is identical to the Windows build.
7-day no-questions refund. If SLM doesn't surface at least one bleeding SKU in your first scan, email us all your reports & we refund.
No. SLM is operational — it tells you what to do this week. Your accountant handles compliance. They live happily side by side.
